About

Kleeman Group has been doing this for more than two decades — since 2003, working with CEOs, founders, and talent leaders at growth-stage and mid-market companies. Our focus is marketing, GTM, and eCommerce leadership: people who can build a team, not just run one.

I'm Geri Kleeman, and I lead every search personally — one point of contact, from the first call to the signed offer. Most searches start the same way: the job description on the careers page and the job the company actually needs are two different things. Getting clear on which one we're solving for, before we ever reach out to a candidate, is most of the work.

How we work

Direct access

You work with me from the first call to the signed offer — not an associate, not a team you never meet.
We define the real job first

Budget, reporting lines, and what success looks like in twelve months — settled before we write a single outreach message.
We tell candidates the truth

About the role, the team, and what they're actually walking into — so the people we bring you already know the job.
Full attention, one search at a time

Retained search, run start to finish, with the depth a leadership hire deserves.
